|"Please do not look away from...The Nozzle."|
|1st appearance:|| The Invisible Hand Of Fate
The Nozzle is some sort of robotic sensor that occupies a lab in an OSI complex. It briefly pesters Billy Quizboy during The Invisible Hand of Fate. It emerges from an opening in the wall as an eye-shaped lens connected to an ever-lengthening shaft. Upon approaching Billy, the Nozzle warns him to not move or look away while it engages and calibrates, continually referring to "itself" in the third-person. It is a reference to the classic sci-fi film The Andromeda Strain (1971).
Little is known about The Nozzle, what it calibrates and what it engages. When asked by Billy about the Nozzle's purpose, Hunter Gathers admits that he has "no idea."
Colonel Gathers states in Operation: P.R.O.M. that he got "nozzled" when he first enters the OSI Hoverquarters.
